My first reaction is whoa...to strong. I see where you are going and like it intellectually. However, I think you want to show CRM/empowerment but not authority in my mind.

I think KISS is the way to go in this case.
- How may I serve you
- I am here to help
- Live to Serve
- If your not happy neither am I
- I'm empowered to serve you

I'm in charge means that they're in control, so at worst you're duplicating your meaning.

I'm in charge means that if the customer has a problem, they should talk to them. The buck stops with them. This is fine.

I'm in control means that they are the puppet master of the outlet, and everything you experience is because they made it happen.

I agree with Lazenby and Jay's statements above. If I were you, I'd keep it simple and take the edge off the word "control", and I'd also remove the words "I", since that will be a given if they wear the name tag.

Now I don't know what kind of 'feeling' your typical communication conveys, but here are some brainstorms... some are a little off-the-wall, but maybe they'll help you see it differently. (FYI- When you come of a final choice you may want check if it’s copyrighted)
