Repeat Business Thank You Note

The software company I worked for has decided to send a thank you gift to the customers who are renewing their maintenance contract with us.

We are looking for an appropriate caption to say thank you for the renewals ...however I am finding it tough.

Can someone help me out please.

This is what I come up with but I think it is not that relevant??

Thank you for your loyalty and confidence in our Solutions and Services. We appreciate your business and look forward to be of service
to you and your staff through out the years.

    I wouldn't go with mentioning renewal at all - as a customer I'd be much more pleased to get a "thank you" card rather than "thank you for paying us again"

    Go with something generic, like thank you for being our customer, we are happy to have you as our customer, etc. They don't need to know you are happy just because they paid for renewal.

    What type of company is it? Perhaps you can do something with a little humor or a twist on the type of products or services you offer. If you were a coffee company you could say something like

    Thanks a 'latte' for your business. and include a gift card for coffee.

    In Software solutions and service selling, an annual maintenance renewal is consequent to customer satisfaction. Knowing the cost of investment, it is not an easy decision to make all the time - so I would say:

    "We view your renewal as a gratifying affirmation of your trust and confidence in our service. Please be assured of our reciprocal efforts to provide you with the best customer care we can offer.

    We thank you - most sincerely."
