I'm managing over 10000 sf brand new ( opened 8 weeks ago)japanese steak house(teppanyaki+Sushi) restaurant stick with hotel building in airport area.
And Guests are 50% local 50% hotel guest.
I'm making plan for attract costumers,
and if anyone can help me with it i really thank you.
my question is,
1. If I go downtown( 10 mils away) or shopping center( less then 1 mile away) or any crowed area in the city and hand out fliers and coupons, Am I thinking right way?
2. If you talk about food....do you see its look or taste?
( of course both but if you have to choose 1?)
3. Is there any event for the restaurant for get more
new costumer in?
