I Need Catchy Title For Wellness Guide!

I currently work for a national medical weight loss company. We are developing a wellness guide for our patients and I am looking for a "catchy" name for the guide and for two of our sections in the guide which are for fast food and our casual dining section. Any ideas???

    (Aside: Weight loss doesn't always correspond to health. Instead of focusing on health, focus on appearance, which is the goal of your company)

    I'd go with a name something like:
    Healthy Habits
    and perhaps section headings such as:
    Keep looking great (casual dining)
    Fresh is best (fast food)

    Presumably, this is to be a one-time literature piece, not a monthly or quarterly distro? Frequency would impact the kinds of content you include and, therefore, the usefulness of any titles offered. However, here are a few more that might spark some ideas, especially if coupled with suitable sub-titles appropriate to your publication's content:
