I need SWOT, PEST, and ANSOFF for Airbus Industry. I need to analyse the company-enviroment and show how to improve value delivered to aircraft customer.

    Hi Flavia,

    Did you have an opportunity to read the group guidelines? You might want to go over them again and then repost your question.

    You can read them by clicking on "Important Guidelines" on the right side of this page, under "Community Info".

    You will see under Guidelines for Askers that #5 states that Experts are happy to help students explore their thoughts, but they will not do their assignments for them. If you are a student, be sure to share your own ideas along with your question.

    Please do this first, then come back and ask for our help.

    Afterwards, I can direct you on how to perform all the matrices, but you will have to do the research no matter what.

    Flavia, it seems that all of the marketing professors are assigning AIRLINE homework lately. Either that, or all of your classmates come here seeking answers to the same question. ;]

    Why don't you try the Search Questions link on the right side of this page, then use the keyword "airline."
