Need a Catchy & attractive, creative " Campaign name for MNC Telcommunications company for its' "OFG & Billing TEAM" - on Quality
OFG - stands for Order Fulfillment Group.
Billing team - sends out Bills to customers & is a recovery/Collections disputes & resloution team.
The Campaign & the name should revolve around - 3 main parameters :-
1) Quality : 100% accuracy of correct bills going out to customers & on time.
2) OFG - As soon as orders are being fullfilled or commisioned in the sytem the bills should be correctly & accurately sent to teh customer.
3) Documentation: Detailed documentation of the process & conversation had with the customer with related to any disputes.
The team uses Geneva as the software to tag compailnts & it has a Issue Resolution Team to attend to customer calls.
