Best Way To Set Up A Marketing Department.

We are an in-house design studio that is now being elevated to a full-fledged marketing department for both internal and client projects.

We need to write procedures for the sales force on how marketing is developed, priced as well as how to sell it.

    I hear what you are saying but specifically what would you like us to do for you today? or to put it another way do you want us to write the guidelines or do you want us to give you some simple steps to how to get there? Is there anything else I can do for you?
