    Dear Lilahmaym,

Read this for information on provisional patents:

    https://www.uspto.gov/web/offices/pac/provapp.htm

And the best way to market an idea?

What idea? What market? What solution to what need? What audience? Why should they buy from you and not some other schmoe? Why this market? Why this product? What that price?

Find a niche that's under served. Figure out what pains the people in this niche. Create the solution to that pain. Cover it with benefits and value, reverse the risk and fear of the unknown with a stellar guarantee, don't screw people over.

And they all lived happily ever after. THE END.

    I hope this helps.

You can't patent an idea - you need to patent an invention (for example, read https://www.nolo.com/products/nolos-patents-for-beginners-QPAT.html ).

Don't try to market an idea - it's easy to come up with ideas - but a tangible solution is what's needed. A proven solution is even better. A proven solution that makes money is best.

Lilahmaym - yours isn't a copy question, it's about copyright, which is different from copywriting.

It's a legal questions. But if you want some copy to help market your idea, I am happy to help.

No charge for the first half hour!

    Best wishes
