A Law Firm's Corporate Notebook

A particular law firm wants to come out with a notebook for 2010. Previously, the cover's headline was 'A time-honoured integrity of exceptional performance.' Now, they want to come up with a headline that incorporates the words Integrating, Professional and Dedicated. Any ideas?

Zalia - are you sure the word is 'integrating'? If so, are they integrating with the client?

Let me know and I'll come back with an answer.

    Hi Peter,

Yup..the word was integrating. I know...Integrating could relate to so many things and yet doesn't quite relate to the words professionals or committing. Pretty much everything i came up with sounded boring and sooo cliche...

Zalia - if you want to use those words, then you don't need to add anything because they say all you need:

    Integrating

    Professional

    Dedicated

Then the firm logo and address below that (or whatever they usually run.)

The important thing about copywriting is to convey as simply and quickly as possible the benefits of the product. Those three benefits are what the client will be interested in and they say all there is to say. No further explanation is needed.

The words and logo will look really good centred, in gold type down the middle of the cover.

I agree with Peter except for the fact that, like you said, "Intergrating" doesn't convey a clear and concise idea. I would suggest clarifying the message they want to put across and look for alternatives.

As per layout, what is suggested might indeed look good but I would suggest sticking to the firms visual style to promote the brand's image, especially since this cover is meant to be inspirational.

Change integrating to integrated and it sounds a lot better...still makes about as much sense, too. :)

I like collaborative much better than integrating, but it might be a hard sell in that environment.

    good luck on this one!
