Motivational Campaign Name & Catchline & Tagline

Hi Friends,

We are coming to close of yet another year 2009

Need URGENT help on Name, catch line & tag line for our motivational campaign for next year 2010.

In 2010 - Our company's focus will be on focusing on Growing our Business in new Markets with teamwork, Enhancing operational efficiency with cost savings & cost reduction.

Please can you suggest what can be the best suited motivational/inspirational campaign Name for 2010 & the catch line on the above parameters.

In 2009 we focused on cross functional team work & called it "Synergy" - Strengthening relationships, fostering business. Together we can, together we will.

In 2008 we focused on faster responses to customers & called it "Velocity" - Redefining Direction, Maximizing speed.

This is a Global telecom company with it's offices globally in 49 countries & 7 continents.

    You are almost on the right direction.

    Can you suggest a better more powerful or alternate word for

    "Synchronicity" - Since there are more than 2 syllable in this. More over it would look like it's a repetitive or extension of Synergy program which we do not want people to feel. Since the focus is completely different it's got to do with Growing Business & cost savings.

    &

    Improving - It's quite common word can you suggest a better word for improving. The word itself should convey the message of solution of how employees should think innovative to come up with cost saving measures to enhance operational efficiency.

    The word you are looking for is 'lean' which is used in business to mean efficient and cost effective. So:

    'Lean Growth: moving into new markets'.

    Although Lean growth or linear growth is a good word.

    It is not rhyming or motivating enough to form the central theme or the catch line of the campaign.

    If you have had a chance to go through our previous 2 years campaigns which were a big hit because of it's name & catch line. Both with internal & external customers.

    We have not yet been successful in getting the name of the Campaign :-(

    If we consider one of the following options as the catch line, or mix any of the options is it then possible to come up with the name of the campaign ?

    Exploring Boundaries, Working Smarter

    Building Relationships, Building Business

    Creating Relationships, Building Business

    other words to consider could be Increasing
    Establishing, stronger, together.
