I give up. What is the benefit you're delivering? And who is the target audience?

"Pre-sales Technical Support" sounds like jargon to me. If we're going to help you with a tagline, we need to understand who is in the target audience and what benefit you're promising to deliver.

Very few people wake up in the morning and say to themselves, "I could really use some pre-sales technical support. I wonder where I can get some of that."

I'm sure we can help you, but we need to understand the assignment better if we're really going to deliver for you. Can you share some information about the target audience and the benefit promise?

Do you deliver a lead-generation service? Maps to the locations of prospective customers? Research on customer behavior? Other?

I would make it as a statement vs a question.

We provide accurate pre-purchase tech support to assure you are getting the best solution for your needs.

Then you can go on about avoiding costs after the fact, including mis purchase, lost training time, etc etc.

I think the presale is what gives you a good niche. It sets you apart from all the rest doing tech support.

In the construction field specifiers and GC's will hire an unbiased party to review specifications prior to building to assure the right product is being specified for it's intended use. It can save tons of warranty claim $$, it's more expensive to fix it after the fact. Same with the poster's biz.
