Need Wording For Banquet Facility Ad

I'm trying to write an ad for the use of the dining facility of a country club for special events...Christmas Party, Reunion, Wedding, etc. The room is the very nice, (linen table cloths & napkins), the most attractive in the area & the chef is very good. We can easily seat & serve 125 people & up to 200 by including an adjoining room. I am looking for wording that is descriptive without sounding "country club snobbish", the perception that still remains to some degree in this small town.
Suggestions please.

    The word you are looking for is "casual elegance". They'll understand

    Thanks to all for your replies. Each is very good but doesn't quite fit our facility. We do not have an event planner on staff (tho I would love to do that) & traditionally the renting party decorates & provides centerpieces according to their theme. Our chef provides menu suggestions & takes all pertinent information such as expected number of attendees, time, table arrangements & any special requirements. The rest is kind of up to them.

    I would like to avoid terms like "dressy casual" since the attire of the guests is up to the renting party according to the type of event.
