How To Start A Btl Advertising Company?

* I am starting a new BTL advertising company such as bil, and i need to know what basic things i should keep in line to do?

* how to reach the client?

* special tac-tics?

    It honesty sounds like you have absolutely no idea about what you are trying to start.

    Why would you want to start a company and risk your money in an area that you have zero expertise and zero knowledge?

    My advise; start a company doing something that you actually kniow about unless you really just want to throw away your hard earned capital.
