What have you written so far? What have you written in the past (and how did that work out)? Who are you emailing? How did you get their email addresses? How outstanding are your classes? How do you know?

Great sales copy comes from knowing a lot about your target market and then showing how you have the right solution to their problems at the right price (etc).

Jay Hamilton-Roth is right-on. You need to define and describe your target audience in detail. Then explain the benefit for them of taking whatever action you want them to take. It's that simple ... and that difficult.

Writing great copy is an art form. If you're not a pro at it, and assuming it's important to get it right, you're better off hiring someone with a proven track record to do it for you. Pay for the value you're getting. Don't try to save a few dollars on the front-end, only to jeopardize the success you want as a result.

Cheryl - start with the qualities that the 'various financial industry positions' require in job applicants.

    Those qualities will include:

    1. Experience

    2. Interview techniques applicable to the industry

    3. Knowledge of the financial company and its achievements

    4. Knowledge of the kind of work the job will entail

Your email should offer training to cover those areas. Put that together with a USP, explaining why your company is the only one that can offer such a specialized service.

Offer further details, say, in a pdf download. That will help you collect prospects to sell to again.

    Hope that helps,

    Peter
