Need Rodeo Ad Campaign Theme And Ideas

This fall, the facility where I work will be hosting a major rodeo - one of only 12 such rodeos in the nation. It's big deal for our community due the economic impact. Obviously, part of hosting the 3-day rodeo is marketing the event to spectators, sponsors, ticket buyers, etc. Snice it is such a major event, we're tying to give it some "hometown" flavor. As such, one of my thoughts is a campaign that showcases the varous cowboys/girls who will be competing. However, we're open to ideas so I'd appreicate any feedback on a clever, creative theme that showcases the excitement of rodeo and could drive ticket sales. Thanks in advance.

    Hold a fashion show of the greatest cowboy fashions. Partner with an area business.

    Visit this website for ideas from the huge Rodeo and Fair in my hometown in Canada. It is purported to be over 100 years old and one of the biggest and best in North America. They combine the rodeo with a fair, have concerts, a midway with rides, agriculture zone, kids zone, art zone, exhibitors, fashion shows, restaurants and saloons and setup, fun activities galore. https://www.cloverdalerodeo.com/index.php
