It's unlikely that a business can truly be a "one-stop solutions provider" for everyone. Instead, focus on WHO you provide solutions for, and how you do that.

But is there a phrase that I can use, like comprehensive integrated solutions - there I go again, is there another word for this IT jargon, solutions?

Your client should give you access to transcripts of whatever qualitative research they've done. Then you can pick up on the words the customers use when they talk about what they wish they had. Maybe they don't even want one-stop solutions.

They don't have any qualitative research like this?!

Then maybe you need to tell them that writing copy based on what THEY think people want is the biggest waste of time and money ever. Guide them to developing a Creative Brief, so they're forced to think about what they want to communicate. Then use the words that will resonate with the target audience.

As you know, persuasive copy is all about getting inside the prospects' [collective] head -- their self-talk -- not about spouting a bunch of platitudes regarding what the client thinks they want to sell.

That discussion will probably be worth 10 times what they're paying you.

One-stop is overused, but so is consultant.

    One place, limitless solutions.
