Thanksgiving Greeting

I want to send a small token of appreciation to clients and referral sources + a note of thanks. Would like opinions about suitable messages please. Should I say something like "thanks for being part of our success this year." It's been so dry for so long, I don't want to come off as bragging. I truly am grateful.(trying to get these out before T'giving)
