    Hi Collette,

Consider switching the subhead (just above your price box) with the following text taken/adapted from your main body copy.

"This five-week Wall Yoga program teaches you simple but dynamic techniques to attain overall body fitness and balance."

Your current subhead (mentioning asanas) is a might weak when it comes to telegraphing your primary course benefits.
Most people don't know their asana from a hole in the ground, while the chance to "attain overall body fitness" is a primary benefit or desired outcome. With me?

Similarly, your "Special Offer Today" banner/ribbon is taking up too much space on your page where ALL real estate is prime terrain.

Here, you might be better off doing way with the ribbon and either just moving your main sales copy up the page, OR using the space to offer a simple bullet list of benefits, OR using it to offer a testimonial or two from happy customers who have all seen positive results from having taken your course.

    I hope this helps.

    Good luck to you.

For me, what's missing are quick answers to the following questions:

    - Who specifically could benefit from your program (skill level, flexibility, style, age, space requirements, etc.)?
    - What are the benefits?
    - What are the risks?

(Aside: your videos would greatly benefit from having better audio quality. It's hard for me to understand what you're saying. Next time try using a wireless lav microphone or a shotgun mic instead of using the onboard video mic.)

Write more content every day about yoga. For Search engine marketing you need to be going after every long search engine result for yoga. More content works for that.

you position your product currently on physical fitness and therapeutic benefit ( cure disease).

but along with physical fitness, position the product on its effect on one's mind: increase calmness and stability of one's mind.

besides please provide some free demo classes.

It is an interesting concept, and I'm sure you put a lot of time and effort into all the videos, charts, menu's, etc. but there are yoga/Pilates studios everywhere. Where I live there is 'Paddle Board Yoga" and 'Flying Yoga' on the beach every Saturday at no cost (except for the board rental). There are tons of fitness facilities that lure people in with a 'Groupon' not to mention hundreds of 'Free' Podcasts for most all forms of exercise. My belief is that you need lessons with an instructor to make sure your form is correct. I've been doing both yoga and Pilates for 4 years and I usually have to be reminded about keeping my shoulders relaxed, breathing or keeping that shoulder wrap in place, etc. When I think I am straight, my instructor has to (sometimes) adjust my position because a hip is to high and I think I am in perfect form. There are too many variables that need attention. It pains me to see the third image on your website 'Discriptions of Wall Yoga'. For a newbie attempting this in their own home is scary. Hopefully they have a life alert close by!

Sure you can exercise via a DVD, but I believe that if you don't know what your doing, you can really hurt yourself. Sorry, I am not much help here, but I would not recommend your site unless someone has been doing yoga with instruction for some time.
