We are wanting to do a few mass email campaigns to 3 different markets. I am wanting some good suggestions for effective email subject line. My 3 markets are <br />1. EMA - Emergency Management Agencies<br />2. Private K-12 Schools<br />3. Cities<br />2. <br />

    What unique and important benefits do you offer each of these market segments? WHY should they be interested in your mailings? What words do THEY use to express their needs?

    Yes you must be careful when email marketing. Generally speaking, many emails sent on a large mailing list will end up in the spam folder. When it comes to successful email marketing, it's important to offer pertinent information and personalize it to some degree. Spamming is not only a way to turn people off from your business, but may hurt your rankings in the process.

    Ending up in a Junk Mail folder could be a problem. I've tried "Question" with some success. Some recipients may consider your email a question from a prospect.
