What Would The Job Title Be For?

What would the job tittle of the person that is hired to find and connect the company with potential dealers (exclusive and non-exclusive)
This person wont be an employee, he/she is rather a person that will use his/her skills and connections to connect both parties.
This person will be working of a commission or fixed fee.

Any idea would be greatly appreciated.

    Im making the assumption they aren't buying and reselling. To put together as you say, they would be an they are independent manufacturer's rep. I was one for many years and made a darn good living at it.

    My business card said territory manager, account manager, area manager- though account development manager would also be appro. If they are specializing in a specific niche, they could be OEM account manager, or Medical account manager (just an example.
