Meeting Space Price Points

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
The company I work for just acquired a 1500 sq. ft. meeting space complete with a boardroom and three additional offices. Right now we are trying to figure out competitive price points for the room per hour, half-day, day, and week.

Currently there is a phone conferencing system, 60" HD television with a sound system, 10 person marble-top boardroom table, four leather couches, a bathroom, office desk, printer, and about five additional seats. We are also currently looking to get a video conferencing system in there soon as well.

The three additional offices all have basic set-ups with desks and some extra tables/chairs and a drawing board in one of them.

Any suggestions?

So which of your current clients need such facilities, and how much has it cost them (via your good selves) to hire them in the past? What kind of discount can you offer them in offering your own space instead?

Contact your local hotels to see what a similar setup would cost. But before you add additional technology, get some people renting what you have so you can learn what you really need to be attractive.
