Salary For Sale Of Helicopter Tours

How to structure salary for a sales representative for helicopter tours company.
We are a start up small company with limited budget.
Some marketing has already been done but we need someone to follow up on all the contact we have made.
How do we keep track of his /her sales since we have different agencies like visitor center already promoting our business for a comission

    You will need to adjust my thoughts according to the legal system in your country.

    A few questions. Are you taking this person on full time? Have you someone in mind for the job? Have you discussed terms and conditions with them?

    A few thoughts: Have you (or are you able to) take them on in a freelance role? Would they be willing to operate in this way knowing that they're establishing their own future as well as yours?

    As to tracking: keep it simple. Make sure that they're referring their customers to a particular email or telephone extension or department number for mail - and other simple ideas that have been used for a century for exactly this purpose! Sure, they all get forwarded to the same team. Only this way you'll all know which calls are coming from where. It's not perfect, it's pretty good. You can also use hashtags with their name to track their results through server-side log files.
