Please Critique Our Recently Launched Site

We are generating a lot of traffic to our site but no trial sign ups. Our survey of 409 HR Managers had an overwhelming 80 % positive feedback regarding system and its need in the market.

I am of the opinion our call to action is ineffective.

Please give feedback on tweaks to get more signups.

Firstly getting traffic is not the same as getting prospects.

Secondly, where is the assertion on your landing page that 80% of HR managers like what you've done? Surely this is something you should be flaunting?

There's also an impenetrable paragraph that took several reads through to even begin to grasp the significance of.

    More to the point -

    1) What are you offering
    2) Who are you offering it to?
    3) Why should they buy (or even try)?
    4) Can you nail a guarantee that they'll get something of real worth when they do?

Answer those 4 questions and your sign-ups should spike.

Further thoughts: what are your competition doing? What are they not doing, and how can you be better/different?

    A few quick impressions:
    - the video doesn't show on home page (I see "No video with supported format and MIME type found")
    - it's not immediately clear who you're targeting or what you're selling
    - the "welcome text" ("The wrong people always drain the right ones, because the right people care and cannot let it go when everyone isn't pulling their weight
Interventions are sometimes necessary to remove the wrong people, but when hiring, like in health, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure!") isn't likely compelling to the visitor. Make your claim simple, clear, and (ideally) bold.

Your call to action—such as it is—lacks clarity, focus, and a point.

The text that reads "The wrong people always drain the right ones, because the right people care and cannot let it go when everyone isn't pulling their weight. Interventions are sometimes necessary to remove the wrong people, but when hiring, like in health, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure!" needs to be stripped out and rewritten.

Your logo gives me the impression that you're a steakhouse, not a recruitment company. As to the 80% of HR professionals you spoke with, their agreement that a system is needed is one thing, fulfilling that need is another.

What vision does your written business plan create and how closely are you following that vision? What direction does that document take you in? How are you moving off course? What do you need to do and how soon do you need to do it in order to correct that course?
