Product Placement In Movies

Good day all,
I am involved in branded entertainment and content marketing. At the moment, I am trying to broker a product placement agreement between a top movie maker in Nigeria and various brand sectors, starting with tobacco. I need a winning strategy or document.

    You really have to think what's in it for your top movie makers. Why would they agree to have your product displayed in their movie? Would it add anything to the plot in any way? Since we neither know the benefits of your product nor the theme of the movie, it's pretty hard to form a strategy.
