New Site Need Advice

I have built this site to collect customers for my business, is it clear enough easy to understand and appealing or just to flashy

    It's not clear at all what's going on. When someone reaches your site, they should immediately be able to answer the following questions - Who are you? What do you do/offer? Why should I get it from you (what makes you better than the competition)?

    There should also be a clear Call to Action (CTA); in other words, it should be clear what the user is to do next.

    Better now. At least the CTA and benefit promise are clear.

    Still hard to figure out what the business is, or whether I'm really in the target audience. Reads like a get-rich-quick scheme. If that's what you're selling then this may work. How will your target audience find your site?
