Marketing Goals Outlined At Annual Review?

My annual review is tomorrow - how should I conduct it and what should be my goals? I am in the A/E industry.

    Are you referring to Architecture and Engineering ?

    Good luck with the annual review. I had thought that Monster.com had such advice, but this is the closest I could find:

    These generic goals have always served me well:

    o Devise and implement tactical retention, new acquisitions and wallet growth plans.
    o Strengthen relations with external bodies
    o Better understand our customers and markets through research, analysis and profiling
