Many possibilities. My guesses, in order of importance:

    1. The homepage doesn't give any hint of what unique and important benefit a prospective customer might expect when they deal with you. (WHY are you the top medical supplier?)

    2. There may be a mismatch between what your ads promise and what someone sees after they click. You may want to have specific/different landing pages for each keyword and ad, so a person landing on your site knows they are in the right place.

    3. The page looks like a collection of products, not solutions to the problems a prospective customer may be facing. You look like an online warehouse, not an apppealing retail store.

    4. Maybe your keywords/search terms are attracting the wrong people, or you have not identified the right target audience(s).

    Hope this helps.
