Looking For Agency "standards" To Help Our Growth

Hi,

We're looking for "Agency Standards" to help us in growing our agency. We want to make sure we're complying with standards in our field, and not simply "making things up".

    What kind of agency? Advertising?
    How big are you? How long have you been in business?
    Where are you located?
    What niche do you support? How large is the geo region you reach?
    What services do you provide?
    What's your zodiac sign?

    Seriously, you have to do more with this question to get the answers you're seeking. ;]
