Is This Clearer?

https://www.morningpapers.com has been up & running for almost a year - and the site + pages grew & grew - visitors were looking at more & more pages, but their extra effort didn't translate into more business.

So, Step 1, we've given the site a prune.
Does it explain the service?
Is it glitch free?
What else might get more folk onto the Registration pages?

    Hi will,

    I have had a quick look at your page, here is what I have found:

    error on the reg page:

    in the top bar it says "morning[strong]papers[/strong] Register"
    (change the [ to angle brackets )

    I am using firefox 1.0

    After I registered I was taken to a page that said I was registered, then I went to click on the text that said "Click to Login to go there" but it was not a link, it turns out that the picture is missing from your sever.

    On your font page you should make the bit that says "Register now and start talking in five minutes" bigger and maybe make it bold long the bottom above news spanning all 3 columns.

    Also what happens if I forget my password, you don't seem to collect any info for a password question, e.g. mothers maiden name?

    Does it cost me to call you if I am calling from New Zealand? or is it only for the UK?

    Fixed!

    Quick fix: Made it bigger & added a dart - is that better?

    Yes, it will. Best I can suggest is Skype out (or similar Voip) to our pstn number - +44 208 9616 192
    Using Skype out You'd pay a local call charge.

    I like Carl's suggestion about making your "Register And Start Talking" link MUCH MORE PROMINENT on the home page.

    The dart you added is good, but it's not nearly enough. Do as he says and put it in BIG text that spans the width of all three illustrations.

    yep, probably needs a graphic, which I'll get done, but not in a rush - that might make things worse!
