Marketing To Gain A Lunch Crowd
Need to make a lunch crowd working from a local basis with little or no money. We are apart of a large restaurant chain but the marketing for our restaurant locally doesn't get the attention it needs. I work as a promotions manager here and I work on events and promotions -- not really marketing of the food.. But I feel that if I could do something that doesn't require a lot of money or something that has a good plan -- laid out that would show the value in investing money to make it back in sales, I would like to try. Another interesting point is that we will be getting a new menu shortly. I am thinking that I will wait till we have the final details about the new menu before I do anything.. Please let me know what you think.. and if you have any ideas how to get a lunch crowd started.. We are located in a very busy restaurant area but we aren't getting the crowds in. Thanks
