    Roose,

I must admit that my experience in the Real Estate industry was primarily limited to homes and some small businesses. But you need to bloom where you are planted. In other words use what is available around you.

So what kind of other properties surround the property you are trying to market to?

What kind of other businesses are in the area? What types of people would your space accomodate? Market to people who would have an interest in these benefits.

Planting in the right spot is taking advantage of the locations that are around you. Frank Lloyd Wright said it well "Form Follows Function". So what Functions does your Form serve for it's audience. It also becomes very important that you can communicate this to your audience. Why would people purchase your 45 Flat?

If there are some other things I should know please let me know because I really would like to help you come up with some great ideas. My friends above have also asked some very relevant questions that would make a huge difference in how we would approach this. Thanks for your answers. Is there anything else I can do for you?

    Deremiah -

Thought your suggestion to check other businesses in the area/types of people the space would accomodate then "market to people who would have an interest in these benefits" was great.
