Site Critique Needed

This was the first attempt at using .css for me - I'm sure there is a more elegant way to do it, however this is what I came up with due to a time crunch.

If you could critique the overall look, feel, flow etc. that would be great. An added bonus? What would you have charged someone for this to build from scratch, including the logo design?

    Nice job, but I would like to see the font size bigger.

    (I am viewing at 120 by 800) it is a real struggle to read it and I have good eyesite, plus the white text is kind of hard to pull off the background, although I do like the background color.

    Pump that font size up a number or two and see how it looks and if it still all fits above the fold.
