Critique On Closet Organizer Website

We have a local closet organizer company that competes with the large francise, i.e. California Closets, Closet Factory. We recently created a web site to feature our products and inform customers what we offer.

I would like to receive your thoughts on the web site. One of the things that the web logs bring out is that a lot of people go to the home page, but do not go any further. I'm looking for what you feel might be causing that. Is the navigation hard to follow? Does it take too long to download?

    Maybe there is too much wordin on the intro page!!!
    The web-page doesn't take long to download at all!

    That is a great recommendation to put more photos of the products on the home page. Do you think the navigation is clunky? We had one customer say that she didn't realize the buttons up top were buttons. They seemed pretty evident to me, but what do you think?

    Also, a competitor lists the product buttons down the side, rather that having just a Products button. For example, they have Bedroom, Pantry, Home Office, etc. Do you think that is a better approach.
