what's the best way to generate leads from your website?

I'm sure there are plentyof ways to skin a cat, but what's the most cost effective and quickest to implement?

    Greg,

    The best way to generate leads from a website is to push people to your website, not pull them.

    This means developing a call to action strategy that compels them to clickthrough to your website.

    This could be a wisely crafted email marketing campaign, a well-strategized and implemented PPC campaign, a direct mail campaign, PR release, organic SEO - any and all of the wonderful tools in our marketing tool bag if developed correctly can do this.

    If you can do this and get them to land on your website, or better yet, a landing page, you have began to lead them down the path to conversion and the next step is to complete the conversion by presenting to them an offer they can't refuse.
