For over 12 years, Heather's firm, SuccessWorks, has been training corporate in-house SEO copywriters and creating revenue-driving website content campaigns. Freelance online writers and small business owners consider her book, Successful Search Engine Copywriting, as their "go-to" resource for everything SEO copywriting. Today, Heather serves on the board of American Writers and Artists, Inc., is an advisory board member of SEMpdx and serves on the PubCon conference advisory board. She is the immediate past chair of the Direct Marketing Association's Search Engine Marketing Council.
