Arrive on time _ the number one peave of people dealing with service providers

Never Leave until the cleanup is done - no one wants to live in a messy construction area

Yes - to summarise and add in your requests:

*All emergencies and regular maintenance covered
    *High-quality, safety-regulated work
*A rapid, neat and efficient service
    *No call-out charge!
    *Fully qualified, dependable, experieced staff

Put these pointers on the back of your business card in 10 point type. I do the same thing on mine. It works because you don't have to explain what you do and you can leave your cards in building suppliers and hardware stores etc. and drop them in all your mailings. So it's cheaper overall to get a couple of thousand printed.
