How To Create An Attractive Technical Presentation

How can I present in an attractive form an engineering project to the beneficiary client, giving that I must include in the presentation more than 90 % technical data?

    Hire a writer who specializes in presenting complex info clearly. And/or use a firm like www.xplane.com to create terrific storytelling graphics.

    Can't do that? Then see if your library has any of Edward Tufte's books. They might inspire some ideas (or at least help you recognize what's awful.)

    All good advice, a couple more points:
    Use graphs and photos, stress benefits, show contrast with competition or before/after. Also most engineers are men - an occasional female swimsuit model will wake some of them up (Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, be carefull to know your audience and what they like to see, expect to see - then add a couple suprises).
