Hr Marketing - Slogans For Recruiting Campaigns

Hello dear members,

I would like to bring to your attention today the HR Marketing topic.
Currently I am trying to find a proper slogan or message for my recruitment campaign.
My Target is : students & graduates of Engineering Universities, but also the experts in automotive engineering.
I'm working for an automotive engineering company.


My challenge is to create such a slogan or message that can reach the both sides ( the students and experts)
How can I attract them better? Which technic do you think that would be more suitable in this case?

I intend to create a Roll-up, a Flyer, Job Ads and to create a banner for the Career webpage. And I would like to have this slogan/message over all.

I'm waiting with interest you message proposals and ideas.

    So what unique benefit do you offer? Who exactly is your primary target audience? It's possible that the most effective slogan for students would be sub-optimal for experts, and vice versa.

    What's the name of the company? What benefit do you want your target audience to remember?

    Hi,

    The primary target audience are the experts.
    Name of the company: C Mo Re

    Benefits: Flexible working hours, a friendly atmosphere, contact with latest technologies in Driver Assistance systems, challenging projects, flat hierarchies.
    Maybe those benefits are attractive for both targets, students and experts.


    Some observations from external people: here people are happy every day, they seem to have no stress. And they liked it, saying that this aspect is rarely seen in other companies.
    After I heard those impressions from different persons I was thinking that maybe this benefit could be the one I should tell to the candidates. But I am still not sure about it and that's why I am trying to get some other opinions from people with more experience.

    I'll have to think of some ideas, but most students want to leave more for humanity than just creating an added function to a widget. I'd use more inspiration like putting a man on the moon or inventing the PDA.

    "Getting the best people put a man on the moon. What will be your first step to change the world?"
    Or
    "Changing the world starts with the first job. Make it the right one."

    Thank you for your idea. The way how you see this is interesting. I think the automotive domain is one in which you can really participate with great ideas to change the world of mobility.
