New Product Line Launch - Impact

We have been able to add another huge product line to our portfolio - Ametek power sources.

I want to impact the market with this news. The potential in the UK is huge and I'd like to maximise it.

How can we effectively announce to the market?

    Well, you may want to begin by clearly outlining what your company does and who you do it for. Power source. Hmm. Do you make batteries? Do you produce electricity or natural gas? What exactly do you DO?

    You want to "impact the market"? Is the market interested or receptive in being impacted? To whom will you present your offers? Why, in an ideal world, would this ideal client care about your products and services? What makes you the best logical choice? (and please, don't say "price and quality"—these things in and of themselves may matter to you, but generally, they matter less to consumers than most providers believe they do).

    I think your providing a link to a video means you can't easily give us the basics in a few sentences. Do you have a positioning statement? If so, that would really help us a lot. If not, you need to create one before you try to "impact the market" with the new product launch. (I'd rather have you tell us than sit through a video.)

    Who is your primary target audience? What important and unique benefit do you promise and provide for them? How are you different from their other alternatives? (Basically Gary's questions.)
