What is the desired CTA? Do you want folks to go to the website, or just show up? If it's website hits you want, you can simply advertise the video game tournament without specifying which game(s), and disclose the games when they get to the website. Not ideal, but with just 0:15 that may be the best way to go.

Any chance they can add one or two games that aren't weapons-related? That would take the "sting" out of the ad (and the tournament).

Focus the message on the prize(s) and the excitement of a new video game tournament/lounge on-site in LV.

    When's the tournament?
What other game tournaments are likely to be happening in the same timeframe?
If there tragedy didn't happen, what would your copy look like?

I'd postpone the tournament for at least six months.

Decided to go with a brand spot and stay away from the specific tournament. Spot instead is a pose a problem / offer a solution format. Then discusses the gamers lounge.
