What specifically do you want to know more about?

Editing for clarity, good use of punctuation, and proof reading are three of the many important issues.

One tip would be to have a specific person in mind as you write (ideally, a person you like and respect).
Personally, I have struggled putting words on paper and getting them published. I have watched a couple dozen YouTube videos related to how to write, and the majority of them are helpful. There are also a great number of written resources on the Internet.
Regarding increasing productivity, I would suggest that you check out the Pomodoro technique (You can easily find information via Google). Good luck.

Start by thinking through what you want to say, what you want your target audience to know or do, and what is in it for them to pay attention to what you have to say.

Start by reading Gary Halbert's Boron Letters.
Then read all Gary Halbert's letters. You'll find them online: free. Google them.
Then read everything you can find by Joe Sugarman.
Then read everything you can find by Joe Spolestra.
Then report back.
