Help Me To Sell A Real Estate Product!

Dear all!
I wanted to market a real estate product (apartments). My target audiences is professionals who want to invest in a property (apartments) or want to live peacefully (little away) from the city. My project is well connected with roads, have good infrastructure facilities and lots of greenery around. Its proximity to upcoming international airport is another advantage (I don’t want to make it a major selling point because it’s still far from the project). Price range is moderate, but not less. Please give me creative ideas to design an ad campaign.

    I once saw am impressive campaign for a city that wanted to attract businesses, and it simply used a image of a roadsign, and showed distances to major cities and roadways.

    You could use something similar to show distances (or times) from Roads, Facilities, Airport etc!

    Whatever you do, focus on the Headline, its the most effective part of any ad, and needs to sell on its own.
