What if you woke up tomorrow and discovered that your customer base had completely hijacked your latest branding campaign, rendering millions of dollars in plans, placements and creative all but obsolete? Or what if, despite your best efforts and a sizable investment, an unknown competitor's product took off from nowhere because of a consumer-driven campaign?

Welcome to the world of Social Media. Social Media is much more than using a few of the newest technology tools and some Internet wizardry to improve your marketing. It's a formidable tear in the very fabric of your market presence, a movement afoot in your customer base. It's causing B2B companies worldwide to rethink their go-to-market strategies.

Join us for 90 minutes of exploring the new world of Social Media and how it relates to business-to-business marketing efforts. You'll see examples of how some B2B marketers have faced very real challenges. You'll leave with an understanding of the strategy, tactics, tools, techniques and measurements you need to establish as you venture into the world of Social Media.

Then join us for Part 2 of the Social Media discussion where Josh Hallett will delve into the HOW of Social Media marketing by exploring the opportunities you can find with blogs.
