Hello All,

Thanks to everyone who helped me with my previous email. I am trying to create an email that would aid me in my sales calls. I have attached it below. Thanks in advance for the help.

Good Afternoon Larry,

Thank you for your speaking with one of our representatives at the Sapphire Conference. My name is Peter Tran from __ Consultants and I would like to touch base with you to discuss your SAP security challenges. To refresh your memory, I have inserted our company profile below.

WHO WE ARE

Our company specializes in securing critical business data within the SAP system. Our security design strategy and products reduces security administration costs, improves Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, simplifies approvals, and prevents internal frauds.

WHATS IN IT FOR YOU?

Our Risk Management tool enables users to streamline workflow and dramatically reduces role creation and review time. While our bioLock technology uses biometric features (ex. Fingerprints, eyes, facial, etc.) to identify users and logs all usage, eliminating the need for manual monitoring to meet SoX compliance. Currently we are the ONLY company certified to offer biometric technology for the SAP system.

MORE INFORMATION

For your convenience, I have attached some information outlining our products and services . In the meantime please check out our website: www.tkconsultants.com.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call me at 713-518-5272. Just in case this email does not find its way to you, I will call you Tomorrow (June 24th) to discuss your goals. If tomorrow is inconvenient for you, please specify a better time in which we can speak. Thank you very much for your time and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Kind Regards,
Peter Tran
