Impact Of Having A Bbb Affiliation On Web Site

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
We are considering adding a BBB logo to our web site (we're a financial consultacy for small business). What will help us decide is knowing its likely impact on the conversion rate of visitors. In other words, what percentage of all visitors will take the key step giving us a call as a direct result of the BBB logo.

Are there numbers anywhere on this issue? Any direct experience with having a BBB logo on your site? All comments welcome.

Thanks!
Amy

    Hi Amy,

    Check this out!

    https://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=Does+the+BBB+logo+really+add+to+a+web...

Or go to google and put in your own question about conversion rates and BBB logos.

According to the first site it may make your customers feel better in a culture of customers where the BBB logo is present.

BBB LOGO MAY BRING SOME COMFORT...
If in your industry there is a common image affiliation with the BBB logo your customers may require the visual security of seeing it just to feel more comfortable about doing business with you.

THERE ARE OTHER GREATER CONVERSION FACTORS...
But truthfully there are an abundance of factors (especially) on line that bring much more greater conversion value and financial increase than the BBB logo when it comes to your customers (without regard to industry).

TO GET YOUR CUSTOMERS TO SUCK-UP TO YOU FASTER DO THIS...
In a world of advertisement by proof conversion rates increase when customers/clients see customer testimonials. When real live *PC's *(passionate customers), who are knocked over by your service, communicate what you have done for them...this by far exceeds and converts the unconverted prospect into a life time customer.

But remember this is only one of the ways to convert (read transform) the uncommitted prospect into a seriously committed client.

Amy, if you'd like to know more about this please ask. Is there anything else I can do for you? Or is there anything else you would like to know about how to use more powerfully influential testimonials that make your prospects perk-up and think twice before they go to someone else?
