    Besides using the Internet before it was WYSIWYG (anyone else remember blinking white text on a black background?), and writing since I was a child, I also have a Masters Degree in Professional Communications from Royal Roads University.

    I live in a suburb of Vancouver, BC, and enjoy listening to the seagulls and eagles call out overheard while I go about my work.
