    My background has been in direct sales, sales support and marketing. I've worked for global firms in a variety of roles and have now settled into a consulting role to help clients derive real value from their CRM implementations.

    I work with clients to help them understand how they can improve on their existing process, how we can automate them and deliver greater value to their clients and staff.
