After military service he found success at Hewlett Packard, where he provided early leadership improving web-enabled workflow systems and decreasing customer service costs significantly. He went on to found his first of several companies during the dotcom boom where he and three partners attracted $40 Million in venture capital funding. Throughout his career he has remained very passionate about the valley, which he calls home and eventually his desire to create something greater resulted in Seybold Scientific, a Google-certified company.
