Great slideshow. Engagement is key when it comes to Facebook Marketing and leveraging other Social Media channels like Twitter, Pinterest, etc. Totally agree that having metrics to measure new fans, the engagement fluctuation when incorporating rich media, such as photos and videos are are essential for optimizing for social media marketing success. When it comes to photos VS. social media, just think about how the 2012 Olympics were deemed the "Social Olympics" this year, bringing athlete and audience intimacy to a whole new level.
